The left part with the great view on the ocean and pool and the nice apartment at pool level are proposed for rent. 3 totally independent villas share the big garden with security gard. One nice aspect of this villa is the possibility to be picked up on its own private jetty to be taken by boat to Ile aux Cerfs. Island known for its beautiful white sand beaches. You’ll find all the water sports and golf 18 holes, one of the most beautiful of the Indian Ocean. To the left at 500 yards is a white sandy beach accessible by foot through the village. Various shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The less good point… During the months of July and August this side of the island is very windy. The terrace is protected by a ‘blind’ as it is even possible to stand on the terrace or if there is the garden behind the house.
