Positive: House is located in excellent neighborhood. Very quiet and we felt safe. Transportation was tricky, however, so be prepared to walk a number of blocks to the train station. If you are making reservations in advance, which I highly recommend, give yourself a full day to get metro passes sorted out and get your bearings. The hosts are especially congenial and can help with suggestions and translations. I highly recommend this place.
