For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A private, unheated 9x4-meter swimming pool, open from May to the end of October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A Jacuzzi, available all year round, located in a quiet corner of the garden and able to accommodate up to 6-8 people. The Jacuzzi is equipped with four speakers and a Bluetooth connection, allowing you to play your favorite music while lounging in the warm water.
- A beautiful 2,500 m² garden, enclosed and planted with trees, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet in complete privacy.
- A 20 m² pool house is equipped with a bar, sofa and garden furniture, so you can enjoy a meal al fresco on a sunny day. A hammock has also been installed in a shady corner of the pool house.
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace. It's oriented to soak up the sun all day long and offers a panoramic view of the garden and pool. It features a large table for up to six people. To protect you from the sun during the hottest hours, the terrace is equipped with electric blinds.
The house is ideally located, just 7 minutes by car from Bourges, in a very quiet, unoverlooked neighborhood. All essential shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) are close by.
