Summary: The property is beautiful. You feel like you are out in the country! The outdoor space is pristine and quiet. If you do not have a vehicle, this will be a challenge. Nothing is within walking distance and there is no public transportation or uber/lyft in this area. There is no central air in the house. There is one portable air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, but no additional units. There were two fans, but not enough for all the bedrooms (which are all upstairs). If it is exceptionally hot, as it was for us, sleeping may be less than spectacular with the heat and no relief for it. The pool was glorious. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the tranquility. If you have small children. the interior of the house may pose a challenge to you. The house is not toddler friendly, though fine for older children who can be instructed not to touch something and adhere to the instructions. There is only one staircase going upstairs and it is a small, wooden spiral staircase that is not as sturdy as one might imagine/hope. If you have large suitcases, as we did because we were traveling for two weeks with children, getting those up this small staircase was indeed tricky. There is a cat that comes and goes in/out of the house. His food and litter box is upstairs. If you are allergic to cats, as we are, this may be an unwelcome surprise when you arrive. Overall, a very nice property, with a few quirks. Communication was superb.
