Positive: The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help (thank you!). The location is perfect and you can find everything you need nearby. Surprisingly, breakfast was included in price and was decent. Rooms are comfortable (but take into account that there are 3 floors and it can be difficult while travelling with elder people), bathrooms are clean and have shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Negative: Water preassure was quite low on 2nd and 3rd floors. I would add some kitchen utensils (but if you ask the stuff they will provide you with everything)
Summary: Nice relaxing holiday for a big family with hospitable stuff
