For all those looking for the waves of the sea, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and a beautiful rocky coastline are less than 24 km away from Solarino.
The estate of over 20,000 square meters is located less than 3 km away from the centre of Solarino in a quiet, typical Mediterranean landscape. The property is located on a hillside, about 150 m above sea level. From here you have a wonderful view over the surrounding landscape to Syracuse and the sea. On the property are two beautiful independent houses for four people at about 15 meters from each other: Villa Casa and Villa Blanca, which can be rented together.
Outside accommodation:
On an estate of 20,000 square meters, more than 2,500 square meters of lawns surround both holiday houses. The yucca and chicas palm trees offer a beautiful view, but especially the many olive trees are very impressive and beautiful to look at. In the middle of the garden, three olive trees form a shaded area in which you can seat and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. On the terrace of Villa Casa, time seems to stand still. Who looks at the clock when swinging on the rocking chair, enjoying the panorama or dozing on one of the loungers? Seating facilities, a dining table and an outdoor grill allow to eat outside. Directly behind the house is the swimming pool (open from 01/05 to 10/09) in the shape of a semicircle. From here you have access to the lemon and orange garden of about 15,000 sqm, whose fruits can be picked by the guests (depending on the season). The two independent houses Villa Casa and Villa Blanca cannot be simultaneously rented by two separate groups, but either individually or jointly by the same group, so that the pool must not be shared with other guests. Only the owner can live in the other house (Villa Blanca) for short periods, but without using the pool.
Parking is available inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended. The price includes two bicycles.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living room with air conditioning, large dining table and several seating facilities. The dining table is surrounded on all sides by windows, so that guests can see the surrounding garden from every position and lots of light reaches the room. The front of the house is equipped with two large glass doors that brighten the room and at the same time offer views of the terrace and the well-kept garden with its magnificent olive trees. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook with not only the usual 4-flame gas cooker or microwave, but also with a griddle and a pizza oven (wood for a surcharge). Thus, cooking with family or friends will be a great event! Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. For entertainment, a flat screen with satellite TV and a small hi-fi system are at your disposal. Wireless internet is also available, as well as a washing machine.
