We are delighted to present the only property in the North of Mallorca that offers uninterrupted views over the Bays of Alcudia and Pollensa! Perched high above the Bays this house is just a ten minute drive from the old walled town of Alcudia and the 7km sandy beach of Port Alcudia. Situated along a country lane in the exclusive area of Bonaire this unoverlooked villa truly offers guests a unique holiday experience. There 360 degree views of sea, countryside and mountains. A further attraction for guests is that the property is next door to the Aucanada Golf Course and enjoys direct access if requested. The inviting infinity pool is surrounded by a solarium furnished with sun loungers and parasols and, as mentioned before, offers stunning views over the Bays of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is a delightful lawned Mediterranean garden which provides many pleasant shady spots where guests can escape the heat or watch the sunset. The large covered terrace is furnished with comfy sofas and has views to the pool and the Bay beyond. There are two outside dining areas, one under cover and another next to the BBQ. A further enclosed terrace offers protected dining and also serves as an extra TV lounge. There is a children’s play area to help keep our younger guests amused. Inside the villa continues to impress with a feature curved staircase in the entrance hall with tasteful furnishings and artwork. The large lounge offers an original wood burning stove and is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and original cartwheel dining table. It has direct access to the covered terrace and gardens. As would be expected of a house of this calibre the kitchen is extremely well equipped and lacks nothing. It has access to the dining terrace. There are four bedrooms in the main house, two double bedrooms and two triple rooms all tastefully furnished and served by three luxurious bathrooms. In the garden just a short distance from the house is a further double bedroom with en suite shower room which offers total privacy. On an island renown for offering top class holiday accommodation this property is truly exceptional and unique. It is impossible to put a value on the views that our clients will enjoy. ___________________________ - Price includes: Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels (bath and pool/beach). Stays of 14 nights (or more) also include a mid stay towel change & light cleaning. - Cot and high chair available on request. No extra charge.
