This is a lovely three bed two bathroom villa with its own pool situated in Pinar de Campoverde.
This property has been decorated and equipped to a high standard with the garden featuring its own swimming pool, pool size being 10m x 5m and the depth at the shallow end is 1m and at the deep end it’s approx 2m, tasteful outdoor furniture, a BBQ and sunbeds. There is free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, cable TV in many languages and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The villa is fully air conditioned too.
Location is wonderful with easy access to the calm clear waters of Mar Menor and within half hour of Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.

Summary: La villa es exactamente cómo se muestra en las fotos, muy guapa y agradable, hay 5 camas individuales y una doble, además de sofá cama grande en el salón. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, también hay una barbacoa de gas. Lo mejor el porche súper grande, que es perfecto para comer ya que hay dos mesas con sofá y varias sillas. Es genial!! La planta baja tiene una nevera con congelador, lavadora, y mesa para planchar y un baño completo. La zona de la piscina es un espectáculo, tiene tumbonas y unos parasoles geniales, la piscina tiene luz y se puede usar de noche. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena, recomiendo la anfitriona y por supuesto su genial villa. LA VILLA ESTÁ SÚPER EQUIPADA MÁS QUE TODO LA COCINA QUE Tiene de todo.
