Positive: It had so much potential but frankly has been neglected The pool man kept the pool and surrounding area very clean.
Negative: Dishwasher leaks over the floor. Washing machine door handle was broken. Travel cot was not set up and had to be found in a wardrobe and there was no linen for it. It was also very dirty. To be fair it was replaced with a new one. A wardrobe door panel had fallen out which was due to be replaced while we were there but remained broken. The air conditioning didn’t work in two bedrooms. The cleaners came in the afternoon two days before we left and swept the downstairs floors and cleaned the bathrooms which was ok but only cursory.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the children loved the pool
