Wonderful and comfortable villa with private pool in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 persons. The house is situated in a coastal and residential area, close to restaurants and bars and supermarkets and at 3 km from L'Ampolla beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a view of the valley. The vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out makes this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.
The main accommodations is on the upper floor with entrance hall, dining area in large glazed-in Naya with views across Moraira valley to the distant mountains. A large living room with sliding glass doors to the Naya, spacious kitchen, large master bedroom with en-suite, two double bedrooms, guest shower room. Double glazing and mosquito blinds throughout, window awnings and window blinds. The lower floor has the utility room, sink, washer/dryer. A very large pool terrace with none slip tiles, sun beds, umbrella etc, Casita, mature gardens with numerous shaded dining areas and BBQ.
