This new, contemporary villa is located in beautiful Puerto Pollensa, just a short distance away from shops, bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach.
The fully airconditioned villa also has underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with a seated island unit and an adjacent spacious open plan living / dining area with multiple doors out to the terrace, pool and garden. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests and 3 large beautifully appointed bathrooms each with an extra large shower area.
The property is light and spacious, allowing a large group of friends or family to enjoy a vacation in the sun. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and the nearby Duva sports facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items to ensure you have everything you need during your stay including a dishwasher, induction hob, two fridges, large freezer and coffee machine and is open to dining and lounge areas where all guests can enjoy a meal or simple relaxation together. It has an adjacent utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The lovely living area has large sofas, a chaise longue, smart television and a Sonos speaker for streaming music.
The multiple large sliding doors have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area where you will find outdoor seating and sun loungers.
There is a large covered outdoor dining table and chairs with BBQ, ideal for sunny lunches and dinners, as well as multiple loungers in the garden and around the pool for additional relaxation.
A gated driveway has room for private parking.
The villa is a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and an easy 10 to 15 minute stroll from the beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa.
