This exclusive and secluded property is situated on a hill top only 250 meters away from the sea with a spectacular view to the open sea and Es Vedra. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the beaches of Cala Conta and near to the village of San Jose. Some of Ibiza's best secluded beaches are just a few minutes walk or drive along the spectacular coast.
The villa has 295 m² that are spread over two floors. The ground floor is dominated by a cozy living room with views of Es Vedrá and an integrated kitchenette, very practical for cooking and chatting with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus one guest bathroom, all decorated with bright colors and very spacious. From the whole house you can see the sea with the magical islet of Es Vedrá in the background, you can feel its energy from the moment you enter the beautiful property.

The master bedroom is spacious and located on the first floor with a spectacular view of Es Vedrá. It has a designer bathtub, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet

Room 'of the parrots' with double bed on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace of the pool, overlooking the sea and Es Vedrá. It has a bathroom en suite.
Bedroom 3:
Room 'blue' with double bed on ground floor, next to bedroom 2, overlooking the garden and exit to the terrace. It has a bathroom en suite
Bedroom 4:
'Safari' room located near the kitchen and the passage distributor. It has a bathroom en suite.

Rooms located in the guest annex. They share a bathroom.
The garden has 3,300 m² of surface full of plants and palm trees everywhere combined with beautiful white beds to match the color of the house. In front of the living room is the pool and solarium area. It is an incomparable setting, the green grass, the blue of the pool, and beyond the blue of the Mediterranean Sea with Es Vedrá rising over the sea and touching the sky.
