This delightful detached villa is conveniently located just 460m from
the beach, shops and restaurants that make up the popular “strip” in
Puerto del Carmen. The villa is benefits from comfortable, traditional
furnishings and is well equipped throughout. Entertainment is provided
by a Satellite TV with limited English channels and a DVD player. The
comfortable lounge and dining areas are open plan to a well equipped
kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside there is a large heated* swimming
pool with roman steps surrounded by covered and open sun terraces.
Patio furniture is provided to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining as well as Sun
beds and a parasol.
*Pool heating is included in the price from 1st November - 30th April.
