Summary: We loved it! Pool is great - excellently maintained. Spent most of our time in it. A quick note - there is no dishwasher. Not huge deal for us - we did not have many meals at the house. Excellent responsiveness to issue - Coffee pot was leaky and was replaced with new one immediately. Lots of new construction in neighborhood. Can tell it will be very nice when all is finished.
