Only a 5-minute drive to Grand Case, the dining capital of St. Martin, and equidistant from the towns of Marigot and Philipsburg. Broadband Internet, television and washing machine on site. Summary: The villa is in a fantastic location to beautiful Orient Beach. Communication and the check in process were excellent. The villa is immaculate, and Valerie, the housekeeper, comes daily. Air conditioning worked well, and the owner was quick to respond to any small issues. We would have preferred to do our own laundry, but the washer and dryer are locked off. Valerie was lovely and did it for us. The pool is well maintained. The jacuzzi must have a leak because it kept losing water and would not get hot (minor problem). The mattresses were not the most comfortable.
