Summary: Beautiful Villa owned by the lovely Irene. Superb First floor apartment, with AC and huge private veranda with a view of the pool and Sea. The Pool is out of this world and like no other private pool, that we have ever experienced. The hospitality was second to none. Condiments, coffee, essential basics and Wine were waiting for us along with astonishing local hand picked Figs, Water melon and Grapes, delivered to our Stairway every day!!! The apartment was fully furnished to a very high level with brand new cutlery, Coffee machine, and traditional Italian Coffee pots. The Barbecue was fantastic and we were made to feel like the property was ours for the week!!! Polignano a mare is a glorious old Italian Port Town and driving/parking is easy after the first find, but the walk is only 30 mins and spectacular along the Harbour Promenade. Would return tomorrow and perfect for a family of four who love Italian hospitality and spectacular local scenery. A Gem!!!
