Furnished Villa with Pool and Garden: Designed-Built-Run by Local Owners. We started hosting from July 2017. Our Villa Balaban No.1 - Zeytin is the west facing part of our Twin-Duplex building with own spacious garden and well maintained pool. It is furnished adequately for 6 adults plus kids, if any. Our villa has a nice swimming pool with private garden, maintained daily through dedicated pool/garden staff. Our villa is 5 mins walk to a sandy public beach. Our twin-villa has two 135m2 units (4bedrooms for 6 people in each unit) with similar characteristics mentioned herein and shown in the photos below. Our neighbourhood includes detached villas with own pool/gardens and offers a quiet environment. Our villa is ideal for families with kids and our guests are reminded that noise must be down after 12am! Kendi ailemizle yasadigimiz villa hemen bitisikte oldugu icin, villamizda kalacak misafirlerimize gerekecek ilgi, yardim vs icin her zaman ulasilir durumdayiz.
