Villa Bagnolo is in the woods, in a shaded position. The pool is not far (about 60 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The main house is a historical villa dating back to the 1600s. The ground floor features a large living room, a smaller living room with fireplace and TV, a billiards room, a playroom for kids, a dining room, large kitchen with direct outdoor access, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the first floor guests will find a spacious living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The second floor has a large living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The outbuilding is 50 metres away from the main house and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV, an eating area with direct access to the garden and a small bathroom. The first floor features two double bedrooms, a small living room and three bathrooms with shower.

The house is part of a farm, in a hilly location (800 metres above sea level) surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The farmhouse boasts a great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses.
