Positive: It is a very beautiful and unique property with lots of character set with outstanding views. This was our 3rd visit.
Negative: The property is very tired. The sun lounger covers are dirty/unhygenic, all the pictures/paintings have been removed which has taken the personal element away. Had to virtually beg for extra towels despite paying full price for the villa. A 14 night reservation for 2 people 1 hand/bath/pool towel! No hand towels as standard in outside toilet or downstairs bathroom No extra linen. Pillows need replacing. No internet. This could have been resolved by purchasing a portable modem from the Orange shop in Puerto de Rosario. I actually went into the shop. Absolutely infested with ants. Having lived and visited the Canary Islands i understand that ants are an issue but this property has a problem. The up lights in the living area do not work The doors are difficult to lock/open and need rehanging Sewage smell in the upstairs bathroom Shower often floods due to drainage issue Building work directly behind the property creating a lot of noise from 8-3pm
