The approximately 150 sqm villa is located in the south of Crete, in Lefkogia, about 4 km from Plakias and has a breathtaking view of the bay of Plakias. It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The villa is furnished with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort.
All rooms have a wooden beamed ceiling and the villa has a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, heating and air conditioning.
One bedroom with double bed has a small balcony.
The second bedroom with double bed has a terrace with sea view, shaded by a pergola. This terrace is accessible both from the room, as well as from the corridor.
The third bedroom also has a double bed.
All windows in the bedroom and living area have mosquito nets and shutters.
On each floor is a bathroom, which of course is equipped with hairdryers. The upper bathroom has a bath, a sink and a toilet. The lower and middle bathrooms each have a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The fourth bedroom with two single beds is located in the basement. Right next door is the third bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the house of course towels and bath towels are available.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen in the open plan living room with fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher and the dining area. A washing machine is available in the basement.
In the living room you will find two comfortable sofas, a TV + satellite receiver, (many German channels). From the ground floor leads to two large terraces. One in front of the kitchen to the breakfast terrace, the barbecue area with enough table and chairs and the other in front of the house, from this one can enjoy the view of the sea and the pool. This terrace is a permanently covered conservatory and is equipped with lounge furniture.
The property is about 2000 square meters and is surrounded by a stone wall. There is a shaded carport for 2 cars.
The pool measures about 9x4.5 m and around it is a large tiled sun terrace. There are comfortable loungers and parasols available. In the pool area is an outdoor shower.
For the children there is a playground with swing and sandpit.
For a cozy barbecue, there is a brick barbecue outside.
The well-equipped supermarket is located at a distance of 700 meters, directly in Lefkogia and also offers fresh bread. There are also some taverns here. After Plakias you drive about 5 km.
The view over the bay Plakias and the Libyan sea is fantastic.
Very close are some of the most beautiful beaches of the south coast, which are famous for the hospitality of their own little taverns. These are known for their fresh, Cretan cuisine. You can reach 5 great bays in a few minutes.
The historic city and the port of Rethymnon are a beautiful 40 km drive north, which takes about 35 minutes, while the ferries and international airports of Chania and Heraklion are about 90 km and 110 km away respectively.
