Our beautiful, newly built luxury villa is located right on the small beach of San Telmo. Overlooking the Dragonera and has an amazing sea view. On the way to Cala Conills, you will find the entrance on your righty hand side. There are 3 floors where the upper consists of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, living room, kitchen and spectacular terrace overlooking the sea and the Dragonera island. Downstairs, we have a bar, living room with access to another large terrace with views closer to the sea, two double bedrooms and a games room with TV. On the last floor of the terrace, right on top of the beach. there are sun loungers where you can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze. Casa Arlequín has been totally reformed and has all the luxury of details you can expect. Underfloor heating, ceiling fans, dishwasher, two kitchens, all necessary utensils, hair dryer, television with satellite, wifi. The house has all the basic amenities you may need (such as hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). All the bed linens and the towels are included, so all you need to bring is a beach towel ☺ We will be gladly reachable anytime for any local advice or anything you may need during your stay. The house is located in a very peaceful area but at the same time only two steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The supermarket is easily reachable by a 3 minutes walk. There are several small bays around and the beautiful San Telmo beach is only less than 5 minutes walk from the house. San Telmo is one of the best-preserved and most loved areas of Mallorca. You also have several options to arrange a diving or a hiking trip to the gorgeous Dragonera Island. There are regular ferry trips to the protected natural park of Dragonera. The proximity to Tramuntana Mountains also offers great hiking tracks in San Telmo. There are several regional events and fiestas organized during the year in Andratx region. For example, there is a Moors & Christians battle re-enactment in San Telmo in first week of August. We recommend you to check all the events and the weekly village markets in Andratx, San Telmo and s’Arraco in Internet. The house is about 40 minutes drive from the airport. It is always recommended to rent a car in Mallorca as the public transportation options are not the best and it is also very much needed in case you would like to discover the other parts of the island. Andratx and Port d’Andratx are both only 15 minutes drive from San Telmo. Home is not a place, it is a feeling.
