The villa is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor) and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a large open plan living/dining area which opens out onto a covered terrace overlooking stunning sea and mountain views. A modern fully fitted well equipped kitchen. It is situated in the prestigious village of Lakithra where there are several tavernas, mini markets a bakery and also an impressive cake shop. The village has excellent local transport links to the capital Argostoli and only minutes away from the nearest beaches.

The beaches in the South of the island are generally sandy, & many are safe for swimming & provide excellent snorkelling.
