Villa Annis is in a quiet and private location. On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms & a family bathroom, on the lower floor we have a studio apartment with its own facilities. Central heating throughout and air conditioning in both the lounge & bedrooms. Magnificent 10m x 5m swimming pool with integral corner steps. Rear terrace with tiled floor which makes a lovely alfresco dining area along with a 7ft slate bed pool table. The swimming pool is professionally cleaned and is surrounded by extensive terracing. Double garage for secure offroad parking.
The property is located close to all local amenities including supermarket, bars and restaurants and is only a few minutes drive from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The villa is opposite a 'green zone' and offers panoramic views over the valley to the Montgo massif. The villa has free WIFI Internet access, pool table & a huge outdoor gas BBQ.

Summary: This beautiful and comfortable villa was a pleasure to arrive to. Huge private pool and private lounge and dining areas. The living room was very comfortable and the added bonus of the air con in there made our time even better. Neil was a fab owner and always got in touch as soon as possible to answer any questions. The separate apartment was spot on for our to older son's to share. I would stay here again as the location was fantastic xx
