Villa Anadi is situated in Okrug Donji, 11 km from Trogir (UNESCO protected medieval city), 35 km from Split that was created on the foundations of a roman imperial palace. In peaceful scenery surrounded by pine forest and olive trees, only 200 m from the sea and pebble beach, Villa Anadi offers serenity and relaxation to everyone who seeks peace from the busy modern life. Individuals, couples and families can find a place under the sun next to the pool and children’s playground, and peace and enjoyment under the shade of one of the three gazebos.
VILLA
Villa consists of three apartments; two on the ground floor, each of the size of 58 m2 with two bedroom, each accommodate 4 people. One apartment has bathrooms with showers and one has a separate bathroom without a shower. On the first floor is a third apartment the size of a 100 m2 with three bedrooms, accommodate 6 people. There is also one bathroom with a shower and one with the bathtub. On each floor heading south there is a covered terrace (35 m2). Villa can be rented as a whole or each apartment on its own.
Pool sized 32 m2 with 100 m2 of plateau offers enough space for all the guests. Game in the pool, floating on a mattress or swimming in the long run. It’s your choice for a good time.
Each apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator with a freezer. In the living room there’s a TV with satellite reception. WiFi is available on the entire parcel. Pebble beach with a lot of shade is 200 m from the Villa. Local store is only 2 minutes’ walk away, and shopping malls can be found in Trogir or towards Split.
Over a 1100 m2 surrounding the Villa offer a freedom for guests to relax with the view of green landscape and blue sea. The surrounding is safe for guests. Near the Villa itself, inside the fenced area, it is possible to park up to 6 cars.

To Villa is possible to access using airplane to Split airport which is 20 km far from the Villa. By car using highway A1 and exit Prgomet which leads to Trogir and Čiovo. Also it is train from Zagreb to Split. And it is possible use ferry from Italy to Split and later use bus, car or taxi to Okrug Donji.

WHAT TO VISIT
Besides the enjoyment of pool, you can visit city of Trogir, that is on UNESCOs World Heritage list. You should definitely visit St. Lawrence’s Cathedral with the beautiful Radovan’s portal dating all the way back from the 13th century. In the Museum of city of Trogir are exposed works of a famous sculptor of 15th century Ivan Duknović (Ioannes Dalmata). Every summer there is a rich cultural program in Trogir, from popular music to classical concerts.
Split, with its ancient palace from which the modern city has developed from, is 35 km to the east. As the biggest city in Dalmatia and second biggest in Croatia, Split offers various events and a place for everybody; sandy beach Bačvice is 10 minutes’ walk from the city center, wooded hill Marjan for a walk, a bike ride or running, and numerous museums. In the city center itself there is maybe the oldest Cathedral in the world (from 12th century) St. Duje that has risen next to the mausoleum of the emperor Diocletian, the founder of the city of Split. The imperial palace itself is almost completely preserved and unique in the fact that, the whole time since the palace was built, the people of the city have lived in it. The busyness of the Mediterranean city can be best felt on the city market leaning on the eastern palace walls. During the summer in Split there are more concerts for youth, and the most famous one is Ultra Music Festival. Over 50 years now the Split summer festival with opera, theater and classical music takes place.
Between Trogir and Split is Salona, one of the oldest ancient cities (in the 1st century it had 60 000 residents and was the 4th biggest city in the Roman Empire). In the time of Roman’s rule it was metropolis of Dalmatia. In Late Antiquity the city became Christian center with numerous churches. During migrations in 7th century it was abandoned so that would in the Middle Ages on the foundations of the ancient city the modern city of Solin take its place.
Approximately 20 km east of Split is city of Omiš, situated next to the confluence of river Cetina beneath the stony hill. In the summer, besides beneath the stony walls, shade can be found on rafting that offers few hours of adrenaline fun. There is also a traditional festival of harmony singing (klapa singing), whose way of singing emphasizes the roots of medieval Gregorian corals, that became the trademark of Dalmatian music.

Šibenik is well-known to the famous St. James’s Cathedral and International Child Festival that takes place every summer since 1960. It is situated 60 km on the west from Villa Anada.
National park Krka is situated north of Šibenik, on the river Krka. Possibility of swimming in crystal clear river next to the waterfalls or a visit to a unique monastery on a small island in the middle of the lake are just few of the good reasons to visit Krka.
Zadar is 140 km away from Okrug Donji and the trip taking the freeway can last less than 2 hours. In the city center there is an antique Fourm with St. Donat’s church. Next to the old stony monuments one can enjoy in the sounds of sea Organs and light show of Sun Salutation.
Besides with the car, shorter trips from the beach itself in Okrug Donji can be organized towards Trogir or Krknjaši, beautiful sandy laguna at the island of Drvenik Veli. From Trogir or Split there are everyday always or tourist tours to Brač, island with a beautiful beach Zlatni Rat, or Hvar, that is known of rowdy parties of youth.
Airport Split is 20 km away from Villa Anadi, and from city harbor in Split you can take a ferry to islands Brač, Šolta, Hvar, Vis, Lastovo and Korčula. Nacional park Krka is 80km away and Plitvica Lakes are 220 km away from Okrug Donji.

Mediterranean diet is a traditional way of life with consumption of local products. Olive oil is a central grocery alongside seafood and fresh fruit and vegetables. Besides the food itself, the way of life matters, and Dalmatians know how to live. With 2700 hours of sun a year, smell of pines and sea and freshness of winds bora and mistral, it’s easy to relax and enjoy (at least for the holiday).
