Villa Ambrosia is set in one of the most desirable locations, on the beautiful hills in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and Arezzo. An unpaved private road connects the villa to the main road. You are surrounded by beautiful gardens, relaxation areas, large patio with pizza oven and BBQ, a perfect place for al fresco dinners during the summer months. A few steps lead down to the pool which is open 1 June - 30 Sept. There is a sauna room with an extra bathroom with shower.
Main House: 200 sqm on two levels.
Ground Floor: large charming living room with fireplace, Sat TV, dining room. Each room on the ground floor has access out to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with fireplace, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven, gas range (5 burners), double sink, American coffee machine, dishwasher. Small guest bathroom.
First floor: One double bedroom with en-suite with tub (handle shower). A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. A third double bedroom en-suite with tub, shower and double marble sink. This bedroom also has a safe. Beds cannot be made into twins. Cot can be provided.
Dependence 180sqm: Next to the main house it has spacious living room with fireplace, TV, stereo. Kitchen corner with refrigerator and electric range. A double bedroom with a large en-suite marble bathroom with shower.
Facilities: air conditoning (in the 4 bedrooms), Heating, 3 hours maid service on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, hairdryer in each bathroom, linen change twice a week. Pool towels included. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms. Standard first night dinner included which consists in a dinner that the guests will find ready at the villa. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too. No changes are possible for the first night dinner; bread, water and wine are included. Basic grocery shopping included too.
