Villa Allamanda is a very spacious property located in the secured Orient Bay Resort, on the French side.

Decorated and furnished in a typical Caribbean style, Villa Allamanda offers a spectacular view of Orient Bay, Tintamarre Island, Pinel Island, Green Caye and in the distance Saint Barthélemy.
It has a large ventilated living room (no AC) with American kitchen, a large shaded terrace, and four large air-conditioned bedrooms.
Three bedrooms have King size beds and one has two twin beds which can be made into a double bed. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a private bathroom.
Built on the side of a hill, the villa is nestled in an exotic garden of 3500 m². You will enjoy a lot of privacy.
The immense white sand beach of Orient Bay, accessible in 10 minutes on foot, offers beach restaurants and all water activities or simply lazing around and sunbathing.
Traditional restaurants, bars and shops can also be found in the residence near the beach.
The villa is protected by an alarm.
You will enjoy a private car park protected by a closed gate.
You can easily walk around the park:
