The interior, illuminated by large windows, is decorated in a minimalist style. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a terrace to enjoy the long summer days with fabulous sea views. The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them with balcony with views of the garden and the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a cozy Apartment with a maximum capacity of 5 people. It has 2 double rooms, 1 of them with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower tray and a living-dining room with a sofa-bed.
The entire complex is equipped with a modern home automation system with geothermal cooling, underfloor heating and automatic ventilation.
You can enjoy the best views of the estuary by going up to the viewpoint on the top floor or from the arbour. In the garden, a saline pool is the finishing touch to a perfect summer day with the family.
