The view from Villa Akrivi is breathtaking: the blue Aegean Sea and sky as far as the eye can see, framed by the Islands of Syros and Gyaros to the South and West and some hills to the North. The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. (150,000 sq.ft.) Peninsula, 6 km (3.5 miles) north from the Port of Tinos, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. (50,000 sq.ft.) facing west and a few meters from the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment spectacular and comfortable with a unique over 180 deg. view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros. When the atmosphere is clear, which happens most of the time, during summer, one can also see the islands of Paros, Naxos, Kythnos, and Kea.
