We are a finca in Mallorca called Rondaia surrounded by mountains and vineyards. The rooms are completely refurbished and with all the necessary technology to work in a rural environment.
15 minutes away by car from Palma city.
5 minutes away by car from the village.
10 minutes away from many supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants and many other services.

Premium Villa 35-45 sqm + private terrace 40 sqm
The villas are distributed in two rooms, a living room and a double bedroom with
en suite bathroom. They are very bright and cheerful rooms, perfectly oriented
towards the south, facing a common garden with olive trees and other fruit
trees. All of them have their own independent entrance, directly from the
outside.
In these newly built villas, we have installed the best current technology in terms
of insulation, state-of-the-art carpentry, with tilt and turn windows and double
glazing with thermal break, motorised blinds and awnings, integrated air
conditioning, Smart TV and state-of-the-art Wi-Fi. They also have a fully
equipped kitchenette, even with a dishwasher so you do not have to tire yourself
out.
