Summary: Property was a good place to stay for the keys, and the host was easy to work with. It does not sleep 6 however, and even my young son couldn’t bear the pull out sofa bed which was thin and far from a level comfortable sleeping surface. I’d suggest updating the listing or replacing the downstairs bed to an actual double futon with some comfort to advertise 6 instead of 4. The property could also use some attention with outdoor chairs falling apart. Overall nice except for these care issues.
