Located in the South Shores gated community and set over 2 levels, this trendy villa provides a great holiday experience – enjoy the upper level light filled open plan living area, with dining and modern kitchen flowing through the bi-fold doors to the entertainment deck with a view along the lagoon to the main pool. Barbecue on the balcony whilst relaxing and taking in the water fountain features and birdlife in this eco friendly environment. The villa is equipped with reverse cycle aircon and has ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. The 3 bedrooms all have wardrobes and are located on the lower level. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and bifold doors opening out to a private lower deck area on the lagoon. It also has its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. These bedrooms have ready access to a generous size bathroom on the same level.
