Positive: The villa itself is great. It is clean and spacious. So really nice!
Negative: The location is not great. We were first time on Madeira and didn't know it. The temperature on this villa is 5 degree less then in Funchal. So when we had +15, Funchal had +20 and so not heated swimming pool was not useable. And after fires - nearby forests are all burned and nice. And there is no ocean view from the villa, only from bedrooms on the first floor.
