Positive: Staff absolutely amazing polite professional go above and beyond to help 😀 reception made me an envelope the girl in the supermarket bravely practiced her English and helped every day sports coach taught me archery and portugues thr bar staff smiling and friendly make bespoke cocktails .. Really wonderful xx thank you all
