5 Bedroom House in Pissouri

First Floor: Living room, indoor dining and kitchen. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV, air conditioning and log burner for winter months. The indoor dining area has seating for 6 plus children's table with 4 chairs and high chair. The views from the two huge windows in this space are breathtaking, across the mountains and down to the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, all cooking utensils, Nespresso machine (no pods, please bring some) and washing machine. Out double doors is the outdoor dining area. There is seating for 8 underneath picturesque vine leaves and the views are beautiful, as inside, across the mountains and down to the bay with a beautiful sunset almost every evening. Also on the first floor is a double king bedroom with air conditioning. Outside the room is a bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Up the spiral stairs to the second floor is an air conditioned twin room. It has no bathroom, this room shares the bathroom with the ground floor double as it is right at the bottom of the staircase. Ground Floor: Master bedroom, air conditioned with a super king size bed, en-suite with separate bath and walk in shower. Doors open up on to the pool area. A second large air conditioned bedroom on this floor has large twin beds (two small doubles 120 X 200cm) an en-suite shower room and double doors also opening on to the pool area. A third non air conditioned 'den' on this floor can act as a fifth single bedroom with a high bunk bed. Whilst not air conditioned a fan is available. Outside the villa: The outside of the villa is 100% enclosed and completely private. It is a very quiet neighbourhood so please ensure you are respectful and keep music / noise to a minimum in the evenings. You are not overlooked by any neighbours due to a very mature garden and with the pool and gardens South facing you see the sun all day and get incredible views of sunset. The pool is very large (10m by 4.5m) with walk in steps and 1/3 shallow which makes playing in the pool easy with little children. A child safety fence is available on request. There are 10 sun loungers and two parasols for round the pool in addition to an outdoor shower and toilet. There is a large 8ft children's trampoline with net. There is an outdoor bar with beer fridge, dishwasher and dart board. Behind the bar is a tucked away large soft sofa seated area for 8-10 people that is on the edge of the cliff with views down to the bay, still child friendly as it is protected by a large glass viewing window. This area is for evening drinks and watching the sunset over the horizon. Also outside is a large brick Souvla coal BBQ. For the kids: This is our family villa so we have bought / installed everything you could need for a family holiday: 2* Hauck travel cot & mattress with sheets and baby pillows (no blankets or duvets, please bring some as my children use sleep bags) Gro clock & Gro egg Children's toys Foam play mats Play pen Baby bath Potty, toilet seat & step High chair Children's dining table & chairs Plastic plates, bowls, cutlery & cups Pool safety fence (optional) Inflatables for pool
