Vila Colina is one of the most beautiful holiday villas in the area. It sits on a higher spot in a quiet urbanisation with private pool villas. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the country-side as well as distant sea views. There are 5 bedrooms in total, the ground floor provides 1 single bedroom a shower room and 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with private terrace, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the dining and lounge area with fireplace and Smart TV.
Vila Colina is very spacious with several terraces providing outside seating areas on each side of the property offering lots of privacy. A fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area make the perfect ambience for your summer holiday. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the large pool with comfortable sunbeds is heatable for a separate charge of 150 euros per week.
IPTV / Netflix and WiFi are available and some of the bedrooms are air conditioned others provide ceiling fans.
A maid service is provided 3 times a week. Several very good restaurants are in walking distance and many more a short drive away. The most beautiful beaches Praia do Paraiso, Caneiros, Pintadinho and Praia Grande are only a 10 minute drive away as well as the villages Praia do Carvoeiro and Ferragudo.

Summary: Vila Colina is the most gorgeous traditional style villa just outside Carveiro in Sesmarias Country Club. We are a family of 8 adults & didn't want to hire a car the whole time so we relied on the super efficient taxi service to get us down the 5 mins journey to Carveiro or 45 mins walking. The Villa is exactly as on the website. 1 spacious double room with huge en-suite on the ground floor, a single room next door with a separate bathroom. Upstairs to the very large double room with access to a terrace and en-suite, 1 single room and 1 twin room that share a bathroom. Bathrooms are a little bit tired but fully functional. Worth noting there is no a/c in the single rooms, there are ceiling fans and a plug in a/c unit which doesn't really make much of a difference when it's 32 degrees. The pool and outside space is fabulous. Pool is beautiful and big! There's a box with inflatables, pool toys and pumps. There are lots of different areas to eat in or or to find some space. Pete's Bar is fantastic, it has 2 outdoor fridges and a lovely seating area. The house and kitchen comes with every utility item you could possibly need. I have stayed in villa's where there is a stocked pantry with herbs, sauces, oil, vinegar, tin foil etc which comes in really handy. Considering every visitor will have to buy the same items and then dispose of. The best surprise for me was the view and those glorious sunsets. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.
