Villa ANASTASIA ist eine luxuriöse, moderne Villa am Meer, in spektakulärer Lage in einer malerischen Bucht mit einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Komfort der Villa, der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer, die unberührte Natur und der üppige mediterrane Wald der Bucht, das kristallklare Meer, sind der ideale Ort für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden, in dem Sie unvergessliche Momente erleben werden. Die Ruhe, die nur durch das Rauschen des Meeres gestört wird, sorgt für völlige Entspannung und ein Vergessen des stressigen Alltags.
Diese großzügige und komfortable Villa mit Südausrichtung verfügt über ca. 350 m2 Wohnfläche auf drei Etagen.
Geräumiges, verglastes Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick und Ausgang zu einer großen Terrasse, und die Küche und das Esszimmer, ebenfalls Ausgang zu einer großen Terrasse, befinden sich auf der mittleren Etage von ca. 150 m2.
