This three bedroom two bathroom 1878 square foot home boasts lake views, game room and private slip. The peaceful location with the home’s large deck is just part of the appeal of this home. The deck is perfect for dining or enjoying you favorite beverage as you see wildlife and Lake Nacimiento. There is also a propane BBQ for those great family meals. As you walk in the front door the main level has an open living area with TV with Direct TV, DVD Player, dining area, and kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, glassware, dishware and silverware enough for 12. There is also a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (lower bunks are full, uppers are twins) and a bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs is the A/C and heater control. You’ll find a gameroom with Ping Pong, Foosball and Air Hockey. Hidden behind the folding doors the washer and dryer are located off the game room. There is a deck to enjoy more lake views from as well. There is 2 bedrooms on this level and 1 bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 1 has 2 full size beds.
