The primary suite of this 3 bedroom vacation rental is on the main level and has a king size bed, a private back door to the deck, two large walk-in closets, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a jet tub.
There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second level with a shared bath, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twins. This stylish home has a front load washer and dryer as well as a sink in the laundry area for your convenience. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights, and the home has wireless internet so you can stay connected.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood's amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home.
