Positive: The location of the apartment is ok, next to the U4 line, so you can easily go to the City center, and on foot to Schönbrunn (approx. 10 minutes). Across the line tracks there is a gas station with Billa market working every day, and also nearby is Spar market. The staff working for the apartment rent are very polite and professional. You may find in walking distance a couple of restaurants and cafes. First night we did not get the bed linen, duvet and similar for the sofa, so I slept without anything on it, it was resolved tomorrow during the day (very kind lady answering the phone number provided). Wifi was very good, it worked in the whole apartment. Entry to the building and apartment is by code, so it is an easy access, and you don't need to think about the key itself. A couple of suggestions will be provided below, that can easily be resolved and the apartment will be convenient to use and much smoother and better stay.

Negative: Suggestions and guidelines (applies to the apartment where we stayed): - soundproofing is not that good, you can hear walking in the apartment above, noise from the train passing by (not that you can do much about it) - bring your own towels depending on the duration of your stay (you will receive only one towel) - The kitchen is fairly equipped, bring you trash bags, considering there is only one, if you plan cooking and using the kitchen more often, you will need all necessities - the walk-in shower is leaking completely, so be aware of that fact, the water can easily go outside of the bathroom to corridor if not careful, the drainage system is not working fast neither in the shower nor the bathroom sink - the toilet seat was not bolted properly, one side was moving, it's an easy fix for the apartment renter - for the washing machine only one capsule is provided, for longer stays, bring additional - TV is not a smart setup, so you are limited to a couple of TV channels - no key provided (it's a code lock), safety concern, there is no inside lock - waste disposal is outside in front of the building, locked with a key, so there was no access there
