Negative: No Emergency assistance and support. We arrived the house at 1030pm on the first day, unfortunately we were given the key to enter the house ,we called and messages more than 10times to the property ,but no reply at all.We were hungry and cold (8 degree) waited outside the house till 1230 midnight.We had to look for hotel and stayed on the first. The property contacted me the next day at 11.30am,and gave me the key.What a careless mistake! I'm asking for the reimbursement of the hotel payment,and waiting for the approval from management. Overall,we are satisfied with the house beside the key issue.
