Positive: The location of this flat is great, right in the town centre of Leeds close to all the shopping centres. The flat was clean and easy to get to. There was a t-towel and washing up liquid and sponge as well as small fridge/freezer. (It would have been helpful if there had been a cloth too to wipe up spills). I was worried that coming from a very warm country that I would be cold, but there was heating in the room so cold was not a problem. I had a problem with the blinds and hot water, and when I texted the managers the matters were promptly dealt with the following morning. To have landlords that take notice of the tenants problems quickly is a great plus!
Negative: The flat was a little smaller than I was expecting, but as I was out a lot it didn't really matter. I suppose the only discomfort I had was the pillows which were too firm for me, but again that is a personal preference. Others may like it :) It would have been nice to have some tourist information/maps etc available as I had never been to Leeds before.
