A vibrant 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home with games room located in the gated Solana Resort offering an excellent location and a variety of premium amenities. No rear neighbours!
Upon entering this superb condition Mediterranean-style villa, you will notice an open floor plan and welcoming interior colors. The main living area is located at the rear of the home overlooking the pool deck. There are comfortable sofas and large screen TV for relaxing after a fun-filled day. High speed internet and cable TV is included.
The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is casual breakfast seating or a formal dining area to enjoy a meal together. The secondary living area is located at the front of the home to spread out and everyone have their own space.
The screened-in deck has a good size private pool, and no rear neighbors. There is plenty of patio seating including loungers to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Please inquire in advance if pool heating or BBQ are desired – available at an additional cost.
The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower and bath tub plus walk-in wardrobe. There are two twin bedrooms, to suit both younger and older children, that share a bathroom. There is a further elegant queen bedroom that has its own bathroom.
There are hours of fun to be had in the games room offering both pool and foosball tables. There is a washer and dryer for guest use. Pac-n-play / high chair available upon request.
Solana is a well-kept gated resort and boasts a large community pool area, tiki bar, children’s play area plus beach volleyball and mini-golf. At the clubhouse, there is a fitness center and lounge area. The home is conveniently located close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Solana Resort is located well for Disney parks (around 25 mins), Universal (35 mins) and Legoland (20 mins). Also close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
