SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, we can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests!
However, we do provide an additional queen and twin air mattress for guest accommodation, hence sleeping up to 12. We are also child friendly!

HOME LAYOUT
When entering the front door, you will walk into the foyer to the open design among the dining room, kitchen, and family room with access to the game room, located in garage.
LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 55” TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. You will also find a desk and chair for working.
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.
+There is a hot water kettle, 2-way black stainless coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, creamer and a spice rack to help prepare your delicious meals.
BEDROOM ONE (Master)
The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a king bed, a 32" SMART TV, two bedside touch lamps w/ USB port, luggage rack, a walk-in closet, and connected to a renovated bathroom w/ rainfall showerhead.
+Located in the main bedroom is a pack n play w/sheets.
MAIN BATH
The main bathroom has a shower/tub combination w/rainfall showerhead, vanity and amenities, including a hairdryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
HALF BATH (First Floor)
A half-bath is located on the main level, equipped with a toilet and vanity.
SHARED BATH (Second Floor)
The shared bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, and a single vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, curling iron, and a hair dryer.
BEDROOM A (Second Floor)
King-sized bed, two bedside tables, and two bedside lamps w/ USB port.
BEDROOM B (Second Floor)
Queen-sized bed and Full-sized bed, two bedside tables, and two bedside table lamps w/ USB port.
GAME ROOM
This game room is not just for the kiddos. Participate in a friendly competition while playing billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, bowling, mini pool, and backgammon. Do you enjoy board games and cards? We have a variety of games for you to enjoy!
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space w/ fire pit allows you to sit under the stars and enjoy time with friends and family. We also have a gas BBQ grill available for you to enjoy!

The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have children's dinnerware, and a highchair for you to use during your stay.
PETS
Fully fenced back yard - Potty trained pets are very welcome! Please notify us prior if you will have your furry friend accompanying you or one of the guests due to breed and size restrictions. There is a pet fee associated.
