Summary: Norman was a great host. He was very responsive (and also proactively checked in with me to make sure everything was going well) and always really friendly and helpful in our interactions. The building is older, so has some quirks (you have to open the elevator by hand!) but it's very safe and secure. It's also in a great location, and really handy to shops, downtown, the waterfront, the Queen Mary, public transport and the ferry to Catalina. The apartment is really cute, comfortable and clean. Norman has obviously taken care in selecting the furniture and decorations, and has created a really nice vintage vibe. The kitchen is very modern and had everything I needed for a bit of self-catering. I found the apartment to be really comfortable and well-suited for my vacation. Thanks for a great stay, Norman!
