Positive: My partner and I were very happy with the living space, bedroom, and kitchen. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent and we were able to walk around Reykavik easily. Bed was SO comfortable. There is lots of paid parking in the area. The dishwasher was helpful and always got the dishes clean. The company was able to accommodate our early check in which we appreciated.
Negative: The water in our apartment (101) smelled strongly of sulfur (like hard boiled eggs). Some of the hot springs we went to had this smell as well but it was very strong in the apartment. The washer/dryer combo appliance did not dry our clothes fully - it was also a very confusing appliance and we were trying to figure it out from a googled manual. There was no cleaning spray product in the kitchen so I felt like we left the apartment messier than we would have liked.
