This two bedroom condo is just minutes from the beach, in the South Forest Beach area. It is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator.
With upgrades throughout, this condo features two living rooms and two balconies and brand-new flooring throughout. The well-appointed kitchen, opens up to a beautiful dining area with views off the patio. The dining table can accommodate up to six people, An open concept living room offers plenty of comfortable seating on the large sofa which doubles as a sleeper sofa and a beautiful flat screen TV; the second living room offers another large couch and another large a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen and twin bed, with an adjacent bathroom.

Important: there are parking hang tags in the unit that you will use when you check in. Please return it back to the same spot otherwise there is a 75$ fine for each tag. Kindly do not dry any clothes or towels in the patio as the Oceanwalk board doesn't approve of it and puts a fine of 100$ for each occurrence.
