Pinecroft has an eclectic style of contemporary and traditional to create a relaxing environment for all to enjoy after a day walking or just staying in and reading a good book. Owner enjoys collecting original art with many paintings to enjoy. Mature gardens, lovely pond and ample patio areas provide plenty of scope for spending time outside. Alternatively sitting at the dining table enjoying the lovely views. A regular comment from many guests is that Pinecroft feels like a home. Whilst the property is near to the main road into Keswick, the main accommodation is away from the road and one could be in the countryside. Views from the dining area are wonderful as you look over Keswick to towards Grisedale Pike where the sun sets. The immediate outside area has been landscaped with paved upper patio and lower patio area has decked with beautiful Cedar planks (one recent guest suggested an ideal area to practice yoga). A gravel path links the two and leads to the specially built BBQ area. PLEASE NOTE there are water features and garden ponds up to 1 metre deep, one of which has fish. Children & dogs must not enter the water. NEW. just built open shelter for boots, wet gear and bikes (with secure anchor points).
