1 Bedroom Condo in Madeira Beach
You’ll love this WATERFRONT condo directly across the street from the BEACH! You’ll be surrounded by sea air and the luxury this gated property at Madeira Beach Yacht Club gives you with plenty of amenities to spoil you. You can even bring your BOAT, but you don’t need one to enjoy this place! The location is right where you want to be to enjoy Madeira Beach and all that sunny Florida has in store for YOU! This is a GROUNDFLOOR unit, with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom that sleeps 4. I would say it is best for two!
This is a long complex of condos and only 1 side faces the water. This unit is on the water and on the west end, closer to the beach. Many of these units face the parking lot or another unit and can be much further from the beach than this unit.
It’s newly decorated and comfortably furnished with lots of light. It also has a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. You’ll be entertained by the 2 flat panel TVs—the living room has a 50” LED HD with cable and surround sound —and complimentary Wifi. A 40" TV in the Master with a great soundbar system.
You’ll drift off to sleep on a : king-sized - Firmness adjustable Sleep Number, memory foam mattress with luxury linens. Have you had a bed that was too soft or too hard - Not any long and ONLY here! The living room features a new queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa. We provide you with plenty of bath and beach towels. The windows and doors in the unit are double-paned hurricane-proof, so they keep the unit peaceful and quiet. The A/C unit was recently replaced; it’s quiet and keeps the place cool and comfortable!
The kitchen has been completely updated with a side-by-side fridge, with ice maker and dishwasher, granite countertops, Italian marble tile backsplash, under-mount sink, microwave, coffee maker, George Foreman Grill, blender, and toaster. It has everything you need! You can dine alfresco at the dining table on the patio or there’s a folding table for 4 inside. There’s also a grilling area by the water, that’s 20 feet from the unit, with an umbrella-covered table and chairs. There are a number of sitting areas along the dock. A Small Charcol Grill & Charcol is provided.
The BEACH is waiting for you one block away, across Gulf Blvd. You can often spot dolphins/manatees from the dock, but if you like to fish, there are 4 lighted fishing piers with a table and water to clean your catch.
The yacht club property is a gated resort. As my guest, you have access to ALL of the resort amenities, like 2 heated swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers Dry Sana's room, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. This is a fairly quiet community with many retired guests staying or living here. Most Guests in this community are 50+
You can enjoy this resort area with or without a car. Parking is very secure on the property and included with your stay. John’s Pass is only 2 miles away that features a very popular boardwalk, where you can dine, relax, shop, go deep-sea fishing, cruise up the Intracoastal Waterway on a boat tour, sail, or jet ski. Take a dinner cruise if you’d like. The nightlife is great close by. You can drive, Uber, or take the trolley that’s 1 block away. It runs 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. (midnight on Fridays & Saturdays).

If you’re visiting for the 4th of July week festivities, you’ll have a lot of fun. There will be fireworks and live music on the beach. The Madeira Beach City Hall has fireworks directly next to the yacht club, right on the bay. These are better than the beach fireworks, and you can see them right outside the condo. Pull up a chair and enjoy the holiday week without the stress of driving and parking!
Veterans! One of the Largest American Legions - is directly across the intercoastal waterway. With a very large outdoor area and on-the-water seating.
Freedom Boat Club Members! Many locations in the area. The closest is just across the cove and another at Johns Pass, 2 miles to the south. If you are not a member and are interested, please contact them or me for additional info. I have really enjoyed being a member. Very easy and enjoyable to use and it is great when you get back, to just walk away and hit the bar!
Just a note to consider- Travel Insurance! This is completely up to you, of course, Please note, however, I am not the insurance of last resort. ( I travel oughten and the only time I get travel insurance is during Hurricane Season when staying on the Southeastern U.S Coast) All of the other times - I do not get it, and I understand the risks!!
