Very beautiful old house, double glazing, fully renovated, facing south, located in the heart of this charming village located 1600 meters. . this character house is composed on the ground floor, a basement with washing machine, dryer and a separate toilet, possibility to store skis. On the first floor, a large living room opens onto a spacious terrace where you can contemplate the Canigou massif with its ski slopes and view of the Puyvalador lake. An open fireplace. An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove) with oven, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, raclette service, fondue, electric coffee maker toaster ..
