3 Bedroom Cottage in Veryan, Truro

A very attractive extended 18th century period cottage with gardens to the front and rear plus parking. Located within the much loved village of Veryan a short walk away from the pub, shops and post office. Set in the heart of the Roseland with delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The property is just over one mile from Pendower beach while the public foot path across the road leads down to Carne Beach. Set back from the road the property is approached through a small pretty front garden with an off street parking space to the left hand side. Stepping in through the front door you immediately feel the charm of the cottage with the character but modern style kitchen fitted with an AGA, fridge freezer, microwave/fan oven, dishwasher. Set to the rear of the kitchen are stairs rising up to the first floor bedrooms. Moving from the kitchen you enter a large and exciting family room with three defined areas complete with modern furnishings, a breakfast area close to the kitchen, a comfortable spacious lounge area with sofas and "Smart TV" in the middle, then a further dining area at the rear which benefits from the large windows providing views over the gardens and patios at the rear of the property. From this area a door leads through to a small toilet and downstairs shower. There is also access to the utility room and storage area which runs from the front of the house with a door giving access to the parking area through to the back patio area. In this room there is the washing machine and a small Belfast sink. . Arranged to the first floor are three bedrooms. Set to the front of the property is a lovely bright twin bedroom and an ample double bedroom with a modern shower room in between. At the rear of the property is another double bedroom which has expansive views over the countryside. There is also a second separate modern family bathroom. To the rear of the property is a pretty family garden with a patio area, side sun terrace, lawn with private hedging and flower beds. There are outbuilding with owner access only.
